1.1. Individual Reservations: For individual reservations, we require a notice of at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time (2:00 PM) for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

1.2. Group Reservations: For group reservations (more than four rooms), please refer to the specific terms and conditions outlined in your group contract. Group cancellation policies may vary.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refunds for Individual Reservations: Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

2.2. Refunds for Group Reservations: Refund policies for group reservations may vary based on the terms outlined in your group contract. Please refer to your group contract for specific refund details.

3. No-Show Policy

3.1. If you do not check-in on your scheduled arrival date and have not canceled your reservation in advance, you will be considered a "no-show." In such cases, you will be charged for the entire reservation amount, including all nights booked.

4. Early Departure Policy

4.1. If you decide to check out earlier than your original departure date, you may be charged for the full duration of your reservation. Please notify us of any changes to your departure date in advance to avoid additional charges.

5. Booking Channels

5.1. If you booked your reservation through a third-party booking platform or travel agency, please refer to their cancellation and refund policies, as they may have separate terms and conditions that apply to your reservation.
